Our Story
APS Global Services Limited is a company based on mutual trust. One of the directors helped several friends in the diaspora manage and take charge of different projects, ranging from simple tasks that would be impossible outside Uganda to big projects like building houses.
One family in America witnessed the transparency and goodwill when the said director offered to supervise the construction of a vacation house. The project started as a favor before the said family relocated to the USA and wanted to fence and secure the land. Fence the property in a day! On that land now stands a house. This mutual trust, transparency, accountability, and diligence bred JAPS Global Services Limited has the sole process of delivering a service to Ugandans, especially those in the diaspora and at home, to build their dream houses, overseeing different business projects in a professional, legal, and transparent manner at a reasonable fee.

The business is 100% Ugandan owned. A Clear visioned, skillful proprietor with commendable business acumen to run it.
Statutory obligations
JAPS Global Services Ltd. is registered with the Registrar of Companies in Kampala and works in line with the Ugandan Constitution and other statutory bodies.
Objectives
To provide the population with decent housing and reduce the housing deficit in Uganda that has come up with the recent population explosion.
We expect a projected market share of around 10% for the first 24 months, which is expected to grow as we go into more aggressive marketing strategies like advertising.
Legal status
The business is a limited liability company with 4 active directors. We are pooling resources and since it is a going concern, we will continue to re-invest the profits into the business from time to time
